I recently put Anime Studio Pro to the test with a national spot I created and animated for JG Wentworth. To be honest I was very pleased with the results I was able to achieve in just 5 days. I did use some Flash for this project, but only for the ending shot with the flying Birds.
All the monster arms were created and animated with Anime Studio Pro.
Thanks! I wish we got more jobs like this to tackle at work. Hopefully this spot will open some doors us. Most of this type of work around here (Little Rock, Arkansas) ends up going to Cal or New York. We were lucky to get it.

Thanks jhbmw007! That shot was created in compositing with a Trapcode plugin for After Effects called Particular. We actually did several different effects for that shot, but that's the one the clients liked the best.
beautifully executed! Usually this type of commercial isn't very interested to watch, but the cartoon elements add a flair of humor usually missing in ads for the financial sector.
excellent job. I especially like the integration of the shadows of the creatures and the white wall. I do really wish one of the monsters could have grabbed the guys tie.
Thanks Everyone! I'm sorry but I've had to pull the plug on the commercial for now. I just got word the client was upset that I posted the commercial on my website. I'll repost later when I get permission.
It's a shame about your client wanting you to remove the ad from your website. I guess they don't want any free advertising.
I assume you designed the monsters or the company you work for? you or they would probably own the copyright to them and unless some sort of copyright assignment was made or a contract on not releasing the commercial was signed its unusual they would have a problem in you proudly displaying your work for your personal CV.
I actually did all the concept art, storyboards and the animation for the spot. The Ad agency that brought us the work only had a script and a general idea of what they wanted to do. I just ran with the project. Some how the client found out I was hosting the commercial on my website. I don't know if it was from here or from my blog. Anyways, they sent an email to my employer this morning requesting I pull the spot until it airs nationally.
I do have permission to post it, I just have to wait a little longer. Apparently they are only test marketing it in certain regions right now.
