I figured out how to get it to open in moho 14.3. Kinda had to take the long way around but here's what I did. Because I was able to open it in 13.5 I opened it in 13.5 then exported it as an moho 11 file, then tried to open it with moho 14.3 and it worked I then saved it with a new file name in moh...
