Why is my bone rotating without reason ?

Hi; sometimes, I have bones rotating without I do anything. I think it's usually when I play with lock bones. Look at this example : http://img389.imageshack.us/img389/5073/26697910dc4.jpg The first image is when the bone at the end of the foot is not locked. Everything is ok. But if I lock it; the ...

Your comments are really interesting me !!! I would be glad to get more tips about how you do your rigs. Genete's, I would be glad to see your file. You can send it to me at 7akg6pl95hr1551@jetable.net. Anime Studio DEFINITELY needs a wiki ! Is there topics where I could find more useful information...

You were right; I had flexible binding. I still didn't understand what's the difference between flexible and region binding... I thought region binding was for images and flexible binding for vectors... Is it wrong ? Anyway, the shoe is ok in region binding but the other elements looks like crap onc...

vector animation + binding points = weird result

Hi, I'm trying to make a "full vector" animation with Anime Studio. It's the first time I play with binding points, etc etc; it seems very impressive but I got some strange things : look at this : http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/2586/rotprobwx6.jpg As you can see; the deformations of th...

Bone angle controlling switch layer

Hello, I'm just doing some work on Anime Studio and I was wondering something; maybe this exists in a hidden way but I don't know how to do. If that does not exist, it should be a really great feature to make more complex animations easily : For example; I have a switch layer containing all the fram...

deleting bone's children keys

Hi; often I animate something (an arm, for example), then I change it again and again and then I have a nice shoulder move but all my previous keys for the arm and the hand still remains. So I have to delete all the children keys of the shoulder and then re-animate it. I'm wondering if there is a wa...

Man with his mower in his garden.

Hi; I'm currently working on a little animation and I try to know Anime Studio Better. Here I have a man and his mower. The mower is a "sub-bone" of the man. I bond the mower group on the right arm bone of the arm; and now I need to animate the mower. I'm not happy with the current "b...

controlling 4 wheels with one bone

Hi; I don't know how to explain this well; but here's my question. I made a car in Anime Studio. Now I would like to animate the wheels. The speed of the car is changing during the animation; so this is not just a linear animation. I would like to know if it's possible to "pilot" my 4 whee...

I've tryed camstudio (open source) but it's not realtime :(
