GIF rendering bug ?

I have a problem with rendering GIF images.
I have an animation of shapes with simple colors (white with black outlines on original background).
But when I make a rendering and whatever GIF option I choose, I don't have my white color that is replaced by the background color.
Before it didn't do this to me, is this a bug?
I specify that I am on Moho 12.3 on PC.

Try rendering a frame and clicking "Sample GIF Colors" before exporting.

I had done exactly as your tutorial shows, but it refuses to work properly.
I made a sample of colors on vector shapes for 4 colors but in rendering the program ignores the white.
Maybe this bug is due to my machine or the file itself, but could someone make a render of it for me to be fixed. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I checked it. Moho is not considering the white color right now. I don't totally understand the reason, but maybe it's too similar to the background color,
Anyway,if you make the white square twice as bigger as its now and then sample the colors, it will work fine.
Also, it works better with the dithering option disabled.

Thanks for the tip Victor, visibly it was a problem peculiar to my file.
But it's a pity not to know the real cause of this bug.

GIF format did not support alpha transparency, therefore replace transparent background in your file by white color

Never fear, you have to select transparency in the gif options....
Look again , there are lots of options, amount of colours, dithering, transparency.

You rights, my knowledge in this topic a bit outdated , edit: Gif not support semitransparency

I don't think 'any' gifs do , Art boutique, it's a limitation of the format , not Moho.

You might have to think of another delivery format.
