Improved vector points.

When working with enclosed vectors, moho can behave badly.

In this example...

... we can see in Exhibit A, we have a good oval head construction, made from just 4 points. The character requires a hair tuft. Construct an arc, then weld one end to the oval vector. As we can in exhibit B m'lord, the shape has gone berserk, the oval shape now badly deforming.

Try adding the tuft another way - add point to the oval and Exhibit B results.

Surely, when a point is added to an existing curve, it should inherit the vector angles? Illustrator does, other vector program I use does. Why doesn't Moho?

For me, this is one of the biggest drawbacks of constructing characters in Moho - I suspect it is why people still use illustrator for building charatcer elements.

It would be useful to have this problem fixed.

Uf... HOPE! :D I'd be very (VERY) happy, you don't know how much, if this could be resolved :) ...I always have been worried about this issue, yes... but I thought that could not have a real possible solution (I always had thought in something like this :arrow: TFP (Totaly Free Points), but I have never obtain any response :( and I have never knew if it was a good idea or if someone would be interested in a solution... Well, now that you say the solution exists, definitely I'd want to see it in Moho! :D

It is interesting because if you use the Split Curve script to add points and connect to those it seems to retain its shape.

Try to apply this script not over all curves/points of a shape but only one/two points (i.e) and you will see that it deforms the form (...) in the same way :) :(
