New Quad mesh distorts gradient fills
I like to use a gradient fill for my eyes but if I animate too far with the mesh it shows the gradient as a square and the outer color is grey (when style is used) I tried using gradient on a white color and the outer edge of the gradient was white. sorry I don't have a place to post an image right now. but picture an image (rectangle or square) with a gradient fill inside a larger grey circle.
Never mind I'll leave this post if anyone else is stupid enough to forget to use the script *Fill quad mesh.......

Re: New Quad mesh distorts gradient fills
Shape effects like gradients and image textures are only controlled by bone influence. So if a mesh moves the vector points, without any bone to move the effect, it will break the effect.

Thanks you answered before I edited it. It seems to work fine now. There are no bones just the mesh I was just testing using the magnet tool to animate.

Spoke too soon you are correct I was just able to move it further than before. It still breaks up.
