I can't find my installed fonts in Moho

Rats! When I use the described 'Install...' options in FontExpert to make the font 'Moho-compatible', I can't easily deactivate the font from FontExpert like I can a normal Install. I guess this is because the font is now considered 'permanently' installed, and to 'deactivate' it I need to completely uninstall it.

I can deal with that since my font usage in Moho is limited, but I'll still let Mike know because Moho seems to be the only program I use that's this fussy about how a font is installed.

From the default system location, C:\Windows\Fonts, you can choose to "Hide" selected fonts. Perhaps Win 10 is trying to provide some native font management there.

I had a font installed that Moho couldn't find. I had previously used "install" - but, without removing it, I right clicked the font file and then invoked the "install for all users". The Win 10 settings / Fonts then reported that I had two font faces for the file, one installed to the user directory, the other to windows directory. Using Win 10 settings / Fonts to uninstall the sole-user one left the all-users one there - and everything seemed to be ok...

Really do you know why? Only a few fonts are showing.

For example I cant see this font: https://fontshub.pro/font/brother-1816-download But it works with other softwares.

I successfully added that font and Moho 13.5.1 sees it. I'm on Windows 10 Home Version 20H2.
Right-clicking the .tff had "Install" and "Install for all users" options. The first way wasn't found by Moho, but the second way was.

There a corollary to this "fonts private to a user" situation: I've wanted the option for Moho to be installed on a per-user basis for a while now -- it would mean I could set up a separate windows user for test / experimentation purposes -- IOW if Moho gets access to the fonts that are associated with a specific user account (i.e. the one that is running the program) - might this make it "easier" to bundle in sort-of related changes to store user prefs etc on a per-user basis???
