Has anyone recently tried to get in touch with customer service through sales@lostmarble.com? How long did it take you to receive a response? I've been waiting nine days so far, and have sent two follow-ups. It's a sales related question.

9 days seems unusual. If you want, you can pm me your email address and I can forward it to their sales team to look into. Maybe your emails are going to their spam (or maybe their responses are ending up in your spam, so check there if you haven't done so already).
