Has anyone recently tried to get in touch with customer service through sales@lostmarble.com? How long did it take you to receive a response? I've been waiting nine days so far, and have sent two follow-ups. It's a sales related question.

9 days seems unusual. If you want, you can pm me your email address and I can forward it to their sales team to look into. Maybe your emails are going to their spam (or maybe their responses are ending up in your spam, so check there if you haven't done so already).

Apologies for the delay in your initial set of emails. They all went to the spam folder. Still we should have checked the spam folder. So that is our bad. Apologies again.
I also noticed that you were not receiving confirmation emails from our support system, not sure what was wrong there but I believe in the end all has been sorted.
