Stroke reset/restore?

After a line/shape is drawn and the line width is messed with beyond recognition, is there a way to reset the stroke to its original settings (like it was drawn with or whatever the freehand settings are)?

Select lines or part of a line you want then go to:

Top menu>Draw>Reset Line Width

While it does "reset" the line width, it doesn't use the values from the Freehand Options such as line width and taper values, which is what I'm looking for.
