Duplicate an Action

Is there a way to make a copy of an action without having to remake it?

Alright, i'm sorry for the double post but it's not exactly anything useless. I've been working on my first complete model for this little project, based on one of our members, Dagger. Currently she has a fully working mouth, dynamic hair strands and one face turn action. This video is testing the m...

Hows about inside buildings and homes, like you see in most Bishoujo anime. Classrooms are a good example, as are traditional japanese homes with sliding doors. A good idea. I've been thinking about that. How generic should an interior bg be, though? If it has too much character or uniqueness, it w...

I am using depth sort (I had head rotation in mind), but the lips are part of an actual object that covers everything behind it.

And what's wrong with my eyes?

Improving my Head skills

Hey ya'll! I dunno if any of you will remember me from last year, but i'll skip right to the point. Last year I tried to do an animation project called Sonic Vegemite Halloween, starring members of the Sonic Vegemite forum. I was only able to get four scenes complete (seeing as I only gave myself tw...

Hugging Characters

Ok, my models are typical 4/3 direction models, each one having two arms behind the torso, and one arm infront (people who have helped me with my previous "how do I" topics will be familiar with this). Just one problem. How do I make character's hug? I can see no way of making one of the a...

Outer Glow?

Any chance that someone could write a script allowing you to have a glow around your character? I don't see any normal means of doing this, so i'm assuming this is only possible via script.

Nevermind, discovered that it is impossible to do, but I did get a nice effect with the tail (it moves and then slowly bounces back into position...same with ponytail). I think for the tail I had the main bone set to 2,1,5 , and then reduced the damping for each one. For the ponytail I had the main ...

Slow flowing dynamic tail

Hi again. Getting myself aquainted with the dynamic bones system. I already got it to work for springy ponytails, but now I have a character with a big fluffy tail that I want to slowly flow behind her when she moves (the tail is like Tails from Sonic, except there's only one). I've toyed with diffe...

Thanks for your help!

The previous way to do it is easier. I just duplicated the layer, it stayed rigged to the arm bones, I made some small adjustments to make it look pretty, and now both the front and back arms animate and move at the same time, and all I have to do is switch off the visability when needed...

Wait, layer visability can be animated simply by turning the visability on and off?

First animated points, now this? This freakin' rules!
